How was your weekend? It was wet snow for us throughout the weekend, and I spent mine, finishing Desperate Housewives. Yep. I need to browse for new series to watch ๐ Seen anything good lately?
For the following recipe share, since Winter is here, I air fried them in the oven instead frying them in oil. We don’t have exhaust and Winter is too cold to let the windows open (for fresh air), so I air-fried them ๐

2 box firm tofu
4 eggs
1 tsp crushed chives
1 tsp crushed parsley
1 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
1 long carrot
1 shallot
2 garlic
Grate or dice or chop carrot. Do the same fpr shallot and garlic
Into a large bowl, mash tofu and mix in everything
Shape into balls or patties, and place them on parchment lined cookie sheet
Air fry for 15-18 minutes on preheated 375 F oven, with air fry option
Enjoy!
Oven Baked (Air Fry) Tofu
Ingredients
- 2 box firm tofu
