Hi Friends!
Yesterday there was entrepreneur day at my youngest’s school (he’s in grade 5). He worked super hard for his booth. He made 3D print of fidget stars. Now, before you say everyone can do that. Yes, that’s true. But my son truly made his without following any free designs that are available online. Took him close to 2 weeks to perfect his fidget stars. From designing, lotsa trials, yep, lots of errors that he used up 2 rolls of filaments (and they aren’t cheap 😅), and lotsa heart breaks. He was frustrated. Some tears there too. He kept remeasuring and whatnot. His 3D printer even decided to have a tummy ache quite a few times. It was just crazy. The good news, he sold out in 20 minutes, I was informed by his Education Assistant 😍 She was proud of my son, I was proud of my son, and my son was proud of himself too. He deserved it. The feeling of proud of himself, as he truly worked hard. I witnessed it 😊 His oldest brother even had to sacrifice his privacy as my youngest had to sleep with him due to hot room (the 3d printer is at my youngest’ bedroom) as the printer was printing at least 48 H before next trial and error 😅 So yeah, those 2 weeks, they had to share the bed together 🤣 Imagine my 15 year’s old’ mumbles under his breath each time his youngest brother invaded his privacy come bed time 🤣
