My husband’s mother prepared this for our dinner 🙂
Quick and simple to make.

- oil
- 2 chicken boneless breast, take away the fat, make slices, wash clean
- 1 box of champignon (or more if desire), slice
- salt to taste
- Heat the oil, add in chicken, cook until a bit tender and changed in color
- Meanwhile, make thinly slices out of the champignon
- Add in the champignon when chicken already changed in color, stir well
- Cook until chicken and champignon cooked, add in salt to tasteÂ
Mushroom and Chicken Stir Fry
