My oldest’s been doing trades work-experience. He’s liking it eventhough he has to be at the workplace 7 AM sharp, and working for 10-12 H. He gets to feel slightly of how adult’s life is like 😁

Easy recipe to share today. Fluffy and soft, almost like store-bought bread 😊
1/2 lukewarm milk
3 eggs
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbsp unsalted butter
3 c flour
2 tsp bread machine yeast
Add all ingredients into bread-maker in the order given and click sweet dough cycle
Fluffy Brioche-Style Sandwich Bread
Ingredients
- 1/2 lukewarm milk
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 c flour
- 2 tsp bread machine yeast
Instructions
- Add everything into bread-maker in the order given, and choose sweet dough cycle
