Hi Friends!
Thursday already. I so can’t wait for the weekends. I will be volunteering at the hospital on both Saturday and Sunday, and supposedly someone will be shadowing me so I’m gonna show her around 😊 Any fun plans for you, for the upcoming weekend?
For today’s recipe, it’s an easy puff pastry recipe. Since it’s still winter here, thought I’d shape the treat as snow-covered pine tree 😁

1 box puff pastry
Nutella spread
1 egg
Icing sugar
If your puff pastry is frozen, you need to place it in the fridge overnight. The following day:
Lay a sheet of pastry, spread Nutella as generous as you like, then top with another sheet, and slice into a tree shape. Seal edges.
Brush with beaten egg, and with a pizza cutter or a knife, slice branches and twist them.
Bake on preheated 400 F for 12-15 minutes
