- Stir in sugar into water, sprinkle with yeast, let stand to soften 
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, dried parsley, dried chives 
- Pour in yeast, mix 
- Knead in egg followed with oil 
- Let stand til doubled in size 
- Roll flat 
- Spread sauce and cover generously with cheese 
- Roll and slice 
- Place slices onto baking pan, let stand to doubled in size again 
- Bake on preheated 350 F
