Paradiscomos Kaposzta

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cabbage shredded or thinly sliced
  • 1 onion medium size, thinly sliced or chopped
  • 3-4 garlic thinly sliced or crushed
  • 1-2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of fennel/caraway seeds
  • 2 veggie bouillon cubes or beefless/chickenless
  • 1 box of mushroom broth or veggie broth
  • 1 large can of crushed tomatoes
  • Vegeta powder to taste
  • 2 heaping tbsp chopped/sliced chives

Instructions

  • Heat oil and saute garlic and onion until fragrant
  • Stir in washed shredded cabbage, cook until half soften
  • Pour in broth
  • Add in 1/2 tbsp of fennel seeds
  • Pour in crushed tomatoes and buillon, stir and cover. Cook until bubbly.
  • Season with Vegeta
  • Stir in chives and cook until cabbage are totally soft.
