Mix potato, oil, essence, sugar, and almond milk
In another bowl mix dry ingredients
Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients to combine
Preheat oven 350 F
Mix in 1/2 c Enjoy Life chocolate chunk and 1/2 c vegan semi sweet chocolate chips into batter
Line a square pan with aluminum foil and spray with oil
Pour batter into pan and sprinkle with almond
Bake for 30 mins
Cool on rack before slicing
