Ingredients

almond milk

sugar

heaping tsp active dry yeast
strawberry jam
PB2, PB2+semisweet Choc chips, and semisweet Choc chips (accidentally vegan)
PB2 Filling

PB2 plus 1 tsp icing sugar and enough maple syrup
to make paste
Instructions
In a heatproof bowl, pour milk and sprinkle with sugar. Microwave to lukewarm, then sprinkle with yeast, stir. Let stand for 10 mins
In a separate bowl, mix 3 c flour with 2 tbsp soy milk powder (optional), 1 tbsp icing sugar and a pinch of salt.
Pour yeast mixture into flour mixture and knead
Cover with cling wrap and let stand for an H or until doubled in size
Once doubled, take about 35-45 g dough, flatten and fill with jam/vegan chocolate chips, peanut butter etc
Let rest for another half H
Meanwhile, preheat steamer
Steam buns for 5 mins

The dough makes 6 filled Choc chips, 4 jam, 4 PB2, 2 PB2+Choc chips
