Into a breadmaker machine pot, pour water, oil, salt, vanilla essence, and egg. Mix a little with wooden spoon so egg would scrambled.
Add flour, sugar and yeast. Click dough cycle
Meanwhile, cook sugars, knotted pandan, desiccated coconut, and water, until well combined and liquids gone, cool to room temperature
Divide dough for 45-55 g, let rest for 15 mins. Dough is pretty oily, it’s normal.
Once rested, flatten each and fill generously with coconut, shape into rounds. Let rest again for 30 minutes.
Fry bread until golden brown, turning once
