Lebanese Garlic Sauce
Ingredients
40
garlic
peeled (at least 40, more or less is up to you of how strong you’d want it to be)
2
c
canola oil
2
tbsp
lemon juice
salt to taste
sour cream as needed
Instructions
Mix garlic, oil, lemon juice and salt in a food processor
Spoon some mixture into a bowl, mix with sour cream, and ready to use
