Steam tempeh for 15-20 minutes. Cubed and set aside
Spray a pan or heat a tbsp olive oil and fry cumin with a knife tip mustard powder
Stir in frozen okra (do not rinse) and cook covered for 5 mins
Stir in mixed veggies and cook for another 3 mins, covered
Stir in crushed tomatoes and season with vegeta and chili powder
Lower heat and add in the rest, stir
Add in tempeh and cook for another 3 mins
Serve immediately
