Boil water, enough for 2 cups serving.

Place each cups with @ 2 teaspoons of choco mix. Fill in each cups with half boiled water.

While waiting for the water to boil, bring eggnog to a boil, when its boiled, turn off the stove then pour eggnog into a bowl, with blender or mixer or even wire whisk, beat eggnog until foamy

Pour the foamy eggnog into the half filled cups.

Place 1 each of cinnamon sticks into each cups, sprinkle with a dash of all spice.
