Sugarless Banana Muffin

Ingredients

Dry

  • 2 c flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp BSoda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Wet

  • 10 pitted dates
  • 5 bananas mashed
  • 1/4 c each soynog water, vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 c chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven 350 F,
  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
  • Process dates with oil, water, and soynog until smooth
  • Pour date mixture/liquid into mashed bananas, stir to combine
  • Pour mixture into dry ingredients, stir to combine
  • Stir in chocolate chips
  • Pour batter into mold/pan
  • Bake for 45-50 mins
