- Wash clean strawberries and remove stems, then place strawberries into a pot. With potato masher, make strawberry puree. 
- Add in sugar, juice, and water, bring to boil for 5 minutes, stirring often. 
- Lower heat to medium, skim bubbles, and let boil for another 10 minutes. 
- Prepare a strainer and a clean bowl. Take off syrup from heat, let cool to room temperature. 
- Strain syrup, but do not discard strawberry chunks, set aside. 
- Pour strained syrup into clean bottle. 
- And your syrup is ready to be used
