Boil oxtails in enough water. Rinse and place into instantpot
Add in celery, half a bag of potatoes, half a bag of carrots, and tomatoes. Pour enough water to cover everything, or as much broth you’d like to have.
Add in spices, ginger, green onion, halved onion, and diced garlic. You can either crush, grated or leave the nutmeg whole.
Season with bouillon powder
