Spinach Soup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 bag of baby carrots
  • 1 bunch of spinach
  • 1 shallot
  • 2-3 garlic
  • 2 L water less or more is depending how much soup liquid you’d like to have
  • Sugar salt, MSG to taste

Instructions

  • Slice or rip spinach leaves and soak in water
  • Slice carrots and rinse
  • Slice shallot and garlic thinly
  • Drop carrots into the pot and bring to boil. Once fully boiling, for 5 minutes (covered), drop in spinach, followed with sliced shallot and garlic
  • Season with sugar, salt, and msg if using. Soup should be a tad sweet in flavor, but balanced to the salt.
  • Serve with warm rice or as is!
