Fried Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 4 tbsp sugar organic coconut palm sugar or raw cane
  • 1 tsp active dry yeast
  • 75 ml lukewarm water
  • 3-4 heaping tbsp vegan margarine
  • 2 bananas slice into 4 each
  • Corn oil for frying

Instructions

  • Bloom yeast in water for 5 mins
  • Mix flour, sugar, margarine and yeast solution, knead
  • Let rest for 30 mins, covered
  • Divide dough into 8 balls, roll flat each and place a banana
  • Seam to seal
  • Fry until golden brown
