Fried Banana Bread

Ingredients

flour

sugar
organic coconut palm sugar or raw cane

tsp
active dry yeast
75
ml
lukewarm water
3-4
heaping tbsp vegan margarine
2
bananas
slice into 4 each
Corn oil for frying
Instructions
Bloom yeast in water for 5 mins
Mix flour, sugar, margarine and yeast solution, knead
Let rest for 30 mins, covered
Divide dough into 8 balls, roll flat each and place a banana
Seam to seal
Fry until golden brown
