In a pot, mix rhubarb, raspberry, sugar and water. Cook on low medium heat for 10-15 minutes, covered with lid. Let cool to room temperature.
In a small bowl, stir in 4 tbsp water with gelatin, let it bloom
In a bowl, cream heaving cream with sugar. Stir in the last tbsp of water into gelatin, and pour gelatin into whipped cream to mix
In a clean bowl, cream icing sugar and cream cheese, then mix cream cheese with prepared whipped cream
Moisten lady’s fingers in milk, lay them on mold. Spread rhubarb mixture on top, then spread cream. Repeat steps then chill tiramisu for at least 4 H if not overnight
