Milky Custard

Ingredients

  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp milk l'arome paste

Instructions

  • scald milk, careful not to burn
  • take off from heat
  • add in beaten egg and stir well
  • add in milk paste, stir
  • add in cornstarch, stir to no clump
  • bring back to stove on low-medium heat and keep stirring til thicken
