Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 garlic sliced
  • 1 chayotte sliced
  • 1/4 c sliced long beans
  • 1 bag of fish cakes subs with firm tofu
  • 2 tbsp vegetable flakes
  • 1 can if thick coconut milk 400 ml
  • 1/2 can of water 200 ml
  • Vegeta powder to taste
  • Onion powder to taste
  • Ground white pepper to taste
  • 1 can Quail eggs subs with more firm tofu

Instructions

  • Melt butter, saute garlic
  • Add in chayotte and long bean, followed with sliced fish cakes, stir
  • Add in vegetables flakes
  • Pour in coconut milk and water
  • Season to taste
  • Add in eggs lastly
  • Serve with warm rice
