Cut cubes beef, set aside
Place onion, garlic, candlenut, bird eye chilies, oil in food processor. Process until fine, mix with turmeric powder, paprika powder, ground coriander, cayenne powder.
Heat oil, saute paste along with ginger (bruised), lemongrass (bruised), salam and kafir lime leaves, and galangal powder
Add in beef cubes, stir to coat with with paste
Add in 3 1/2 c water
Boil beef until water very low (much gone)
Season with Vegeta powder, mushroom granules, brown sugar, sweet soy sauce
Add in coconut milk
Simmer for an H (til thickened gravy produced)
