Peanut Butter and Choc Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 3/4 c x 2 + 1/3 c flour
  • 1 tsp coarse Kosher salt smaller than coarse salt for bagels topping
  • 3 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp BSoda
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 1/2 c peanut butter
  • 1/4 c butter/margarine df or regular
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 handful df choc chips

Instructions

  • Mash bananas, set aside
  • Mix flour, salt, cornstarch and baking soda in a bowl
  • On a separate bowl, whisk sugar, brown sugar, PB, butter, vanilla essence
  • Pour in bananas into wet ingredients, mix
  • Add in dry ingredients into wet
  • Fold in chocolate chips
  • Drop by an ice cream scoop
  • Bake at preheated 350 F for 12 mins
  • Cool on rack
