White Soup


  • 1 medium onion sliced and chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup thinly sliced and chopped cauliflower
  • 1 very long carrot shredded
  • 2 stalks of celery sliced thinly
  • 3 cups of water or more
  • 3 tablespoons of fat free chicken broth powder
  • ground white pepper to taste
  • 1 cups of fat free milk or a little bit more if desired
  • 2 or 2 1/2 tablespoons of all purpose flour


  • In a medium saucepan combine chicken broth, carrot, celery cauliflower, and onion. Bring to boil.
  • Reduce heat. cover and simmer 6 to 8 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  • In a small bowl, combine milk, flour, and pepper and stir into broth mix.
  • Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. cook and stir 1 minute more.
  • Serve warm
