1/2cupof almondgrounded in blender to a coarse flour
1/2cupall-purpose flour
2tablespoonsof baking powder
1/2cupmilkwarmed
1teaspoonvanilla extractor almond extract if you prefer strong taste
1pinchof salt
1/4cupsugar
2tablespoonsunsalted buttermelted and cooled
1Egg
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine almond, flour, baking powder and sugar. Add egg, butter, milk, vanilla, salt. To make sure everything blended well, use mixer for about 1-2 minutes
Fill 4 cups of a nonstick muffin pan (or regular muffin pan with paper liners) with the batter.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
