Galletas con Grageas (Mexican Cookies)


  • 1 c icing sugar
  • 1 c vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Mexican vanilla blend
  • 1/4 c cornstarch
  • 2 c all purpose flour
  • 100 s and 1000s sprinkles


  • Mix icing sugar with oil and vanilla in a bowl
  • Mix cornstarch and flour on a separate bowl
  • Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients, knead
  • Pinch a dough, shape into a ball, roll in sprinkles, then flatten it
  • Bake on preheated 350 F convection oven for 12 mins
