Hearty and Loaded Macaroni & Cheese


  • 3 slices turkey bacon cubed
  • 1 can of mushroom drained
  • 2 carrots peeled, cubed
  • 1/2 envelope cheese sauce powder
  • 3 handful macaroni pasta
  • 1-2 tbsps milk
  • Hungarian paprika
  • 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Hungarian Vito seasoning
  • garlic salt
  • 1 green onion
  • 2 tbsps chopped onion


  • Bring water to a boil, add in cubed carrot and macaroni, cook until tender then drain.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan and saute onion until translucent then add in cubed turkey bacon and green onion, stir well for 3-5 minutes.
  • Add in mushroom, stir for a bit, add in cooked carrot and macaroni, stir well, give seasoning and garlic salt, mix well.
  • Pour half envelope of the cheese sauce followed with milk, stir well until thickened.
  • Place in a serving plate, sprinkle with paprika, garnish, serve warm
