Bring water to a boil, add in cubed carrot and macaroni, cook until tender then drain.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan and saute onion until translucent then add in cubed turkey bacon and green onion, stir well for 3-5 minutes.
Add in mushroom, stir for a bit, add in cooked carrot and macaroni, stir well, give seasoning and garlic salt, mix well.
Pour half envelope of the cheese sauce followed with milk, stir well until thickened.
Place in a serving plate, sprinkle with paprika, garnish, serve warm
