1/4cadditional milkoriginal recipe doesnt use this, but I found my dough wasnt perfect still, so I added this
Filling
250gcream cheese
1/3csultanassoaked in enough vanilla essence and heated in the microwave for 10 secs
1tbsplemon juice
3tbspsugar
1yolk
Coating and Topping
1eggbeaten
Icing sugar for sprinkling
Instructions
Filling
Mix everything. I found mixture a bit runny, so I added 2 tbsp corn starch
Dough
Mix flour, sugar, salt, make a well. Add in egg and yeast mixture, knead
Add in butter knead
Add in additional milk, knead until elastic
Let stand an hour til doubled in size
Fill and pull each side to middle and pinch, let rest for 25 mins
Preheat oven 350, brush each parcel with beaten egg, bake for 25 mins
Let cool on rack, sprinkle with icing sugar

Now, grandmother roll them to rectangular and slice them to make squares. For me, I just grabbed amount of dough, roll and slice squares, one by one (dough is big, am too lazy to roll in big size lol)
