Spicy Sardines

Sarden Bumbu Pedas

Ingredients

  • 1/2 of 1 onion chopped
  • 7 chili more if desired
  • 4 shallots chopped
  • 1/4 cm ginger optional
  • 1/2 glass of water
  • salt and sugar to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of frying oil or 2 tablespoons of margarine
  • 2 garlic crushed
  • 2 big cans of Mackerel in Tomato Sauce/in Chili Sauce

Instructions

  • Saute garlic, onion, chili, shallots, and ginger (optional) until they produced nice scent, then add in Mackerel, stir well
  • Add in salt and sugar
  • Add in water, stir well
  • Serve hot on top of a warm rice immediately
