Roti Pisang

Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 c flour
  • 1 c desiccated coconut
  • 1/3 c sugar
  • A generous pinch of salt
  • 2 medium-large bananas
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1/2 c water
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions

  • Mix the 1st four ingredients
  • Then mix in the rest
  • Heat pan
  • Grease with vegetable oil, a little
  • Pour 1/4 c batter into pan, cook 5 mins
  • Flip, and cook for another 5 mins
