Sop Ayam

ala Kanada

Ingredients

  • 250 g ground chicken
  • Baby carrots sliced
  • Baby potatoes cubed
  • 1 tin chicken Viennan sausage sliced
  • 1/2 c red rentil rinsed
  • 1 c macaroni
  • 4 garlic
  • 1/2 small onion
  • Ground white pepper to taste
  • 2 chicken cubes
  • Enough water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Heat oil, brown chicken
  • Add in garlic and onion, cook til soften
  • Add in carrots and potatoes, stir
  • Pour in enough water, bring to boil
  • Add in red lentils and macaroni
  • Lower heat to medium, cook until macaroni al dente, veggies soften
  • Season with chicken cubes and white pepper
