Bring to boil quinoa on high then simmer for 12-15 mins
Season with Vegeta powder, Magi liquid seasoning and a couple drops of liquid smoke
In a separate pot, pour 3 c water and 1 c coconut milk. Cook on high heat.
Stir in 1/2 c rice
Drop in 3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced and 2 tbsp diced onion
Stir in 1/2-1 tsp kelp powder and 1 heaping tbsp nutritional yeast
Add in 300 g frozen spinach
Bring to boil and cook for 15 mins, stirring once awhile until spinach softened and rice is cooked
Add in 1 can drained sliced mushroom, 1 c canned drained chickpeas, 1 can drained green bean slices
Season with Magi, Vegeta, and a couple drops of sesame oil
Serve quinoa topped with stew
