Puding Tape Ketan

Fermented Rice Pudding - Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1-2 drops of green food coloring
  • 1 cup water
  • a dash of salt
  • 4 tbsps sugar + 4 tsps sugar
  • 1 plain jelly powder I used Indonesian agar-agar Swallow
  • 300 ml coconut milk
  • 2-3 tbsp of white fermented rice tape ketan
  • 1 tsp of vanilla sugar

Instructions

  • In a pan, mix all ingredients as one but not the fermented rice, then bring to a boil.
  • Meanwhile, spread the white fermented rice on the bottom of the pudding dish.
  • When the mixture boiled, pour over the baking dish and set until firm in the fridge. Serve chill.
