Puding Tape Ketan
Fermented Rice Pudding - Dessert
- 1-2 drops of green food coloring
- 1 cup water
- a dash of salt
- 4 tbsps sugar + 4 tsps sugar
- 1 plain jelly powder I used Indonesian agar-agar Swallow
- 300 ml coconut milk
- 2-3 tbsp of white fermented rice tape ketan
- 1 tsp of vanilla sugar
In a pan, mix all ingredients as one but not the fermented rice, then bring to a boil.
Meanwhile, spread the white fermented rice on the bottom of the pudding dish.
When the mixture boiled, pour over the baking dish and set until firm in the fridge. Serve chill.
