Pepes Ayam

Ingredients

  • 2-3 chicken breasts boned, skinned
  • 2/3 packge of Munik’ Specially Roasted Fish Seasoning
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sweet soya sauce I used Indonesian ABC
  • 3/4 cup frozen mixed veggies thawed (green beans, corn, carrot)
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 5-7 leaves of Thai Basil optional

Instructions

  • Cut chicken into 4 pieces each, wash clean
  • In a bowl, mix all ingredients well, leave it for about 20 minutes or more.
  • Wrap chicken in aluminum foil and bake in 375 F until chicken well baked (1 hour or so)
  • Serves warm with warm seasoned rice and stuffed olives.
