Fried Wonton

Ingredients

  • 1 bag wonton wrapper
  • 150 g lean ground beef
  • 1/2 of a large onion
  • Baby carrots
  • 1 egg
  • 6 baby carrots
  • 2-3 long green onion
  • Chicken white powder to taste
  • White pepper powder to taste
  • Sesame oil to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  • Either grate or chop roughly the onion and baby carrots. You can do manually (with a grater or a knife) or use food processor. Place them in a large bowl
  • Add in beef, egg, thinly sliced onion and flavoring. Mix well
  • Grab a wonton skin, place a spoon of filling in center and seam to seal by moistening edges with dab of water. Shape filled wonton as you prefer
  • Fry wonton til golden brown on medium heat, and serve with your favorite dipping/sauce
