In a bowl, mix chicken with the drained and washed mixed vegetables, half can of the tomato paste, and seasoning.
Pour chicken into a baking dish, pour a half cup of water (more or less according to desire), cover with aluminum foil with a little bit part open to let the hot air out.
Bake in 375 for an hour or until chicken cooked.
Serves with warm rice and other side dishes, or with mashed potatoes.
