N'oatmeal (Healthier Oatmeal)

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 1 package zero calories sweetener
  • Enough hot water
  • Enough almond milk unsweetened
  • Dried fruits and nuts

Instructions

  • Mix seeds and flax, pour hot water, stir
  • Add in sweetener
  • Pour cold milk, top with fruits and nuts
  • Enjoy
