Melt In Your Mouth Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c smooth and creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 tsp BSoda
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 2 tbsp coconut palm sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp aquafaba

Instructions

  • Mix dry, mix wet, then mix together
  • Preheat oven 350 while dough resting in the freezer for 5-10 mins
  • Drop by tablespoonful and flatten it a bit
  • Bake for 8 mins, let rest on baking sheet for a min then onto cooking rack
