Separate yolks from whites
Preheat broiler; line wax paper on a spring form pan and grease lightly with margarine.
In a separate bowl, mix well flour and spices, set aside
In another separate bowl, cream butter and margarine, then add yolks bits by bits until creamy, set aside.
Using the mixer, beat egg whites until stiff then fold into yolks mixture gently.
Add in mixture of flour, mix well, gently
Divide batter to 3 different clean bowls. Add coloring to each, and mix well.
Fill in pipping bags with each batter. For an easy filling, stand a pipping bag in beer mug as shown in the picture.
Pour a sum of batter into the ready spring form pan, and broil for 1-2 minutes. Take out pan, then start pipping the colored batter onto the baked cake, then broil again for 2 minutes.
Repeat until all batter gone. On the last layer, turn off broiler and turn on oven to 300 F and bake for 10 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
