Ingredients

can of toddy palm fruits in heavy syrup
drain from syrup but do not rinse

can of coconut milk
1
screwpine leaf
tied in knot

coconut palm sugar
generous pinch of salt
Instructions
place everything but toddy palm fruit in a pot, being to boil until sugar is dissolved
add in toddy palm fruit and let it boil for another 5 mins
cool to room temperature then chill, until ready to serve
add ice cubes just before serving
