Kale and Zucchini Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini
  • 2 chayotte
  • 1 bag of kale
  • 1.3 kg lean ground beef
  • 1 large sweet onion slice thinly
  • 4 garlic slice thinly
  • 1/4 c water
  • Chicken bouillon powder to taste
  • 1/2 c crushed parsley
  • Ground cumin to taste
  • Garlic powder to tase
  • Sesame oil to taste
  • White pepper powder to taste

Instructions

  • Peel the skin off chayote and slice them thinly. Leave the skin of the zucchini intact, slice them thinly as well. As for the kale, remove the stalks, and slice or cut them into smaller size.
  • Brown the beef until no longer juicy, then stir in sliced garlic and onion, cook for 2 mins, until softened. If needed, add in water.
  • Give veggies a quick rinse, then drop them into the pot, stir and cook for 5 mins on low-medium heat
  • Season dish and continue cooking on low medium heat for another 5-8 mins
  • Serve immediately and enjoy 😁
