Honey Matcha Latte Tiramisu

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • 1/3 c hot water
  • 1/3 c milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 c heavy cream
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 1/2 c icing sugar
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tsp beef gelatin
  • 7 tsp water
  • Lady’s fingers as needed

Instructions

  • In a bowl, dilute matcha powder in hot boiling water, then stir in milk, followed with honey
  • Dip lady’s fingers in matcha latte and lay them on the mold/baking pan. You will repeat this step as we create one more layer
  • In a bowl, whip heavy cream
  • In another bowl, cream icing sugar, cream cheese and matcha powder until completely combined
  • In a small bowl, soften beef gelatin in water, then mix whipped cream and softened gelatin into cream cheese mixture
  • Spoon and spread some of these creamy mixture ontop of the prepared lady’s fingers
  • Repeat layering with matcha latte dipped lady’s fingers, then cream again, and lastly sprinkle top with matcha powder
  • Chill dessert for at least 4 hours if not overnight
  • Slice and enjoy
