In a bowl, dilute matcha powder in hot boiling water, then stir in milk, followed with honey
Dip lady’s fingers in matcha latte and lay them on the mold/baking pan. You will repeat this step as we create one more layer
In a bowl, whip heavy cream
In another bowl, cream icing sugar, cream cheese and matcha powder until completely combined
In a small bowl, soften beef gelatin in water, then mix whipped cream and softened gelatin into cream cheese mixture
Spoon and spread some of these creamy mixture ontop of the prepared lady’s fingers
Repeat layering with matcha latte dipped lady’s fingers, then cream again, and lastly sprinkle top with matcha powder
Chill dessert for at least 4 hours if not overnight
Slice and enjoy
