Green Beans and Peas Stew

Ingredients

  • 3 cans peas
  • 3 cans green beans
  • 1 bag beef sausage
  • 1 box 900ml beef broth
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 small onion
  • 5 garlic
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • Enough water
  • Chicken bouillon powder to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Onion powder to taste
  • White pepper powder a pinch

Instructions

  • Drain and give peas and green beans a quick rinse, set aside
  • Thinly slice garlic and onion, then saute them in ghee for a minute or two
  • Stir in rinsed canned veggies, cook for a minute or two on medium heat, then pour in broth, bring to boil
  • Meanwhile, slice sausage and set to side
  • Mix flour and sweet paprika powder in enough water, shouldn’t be too thick nor too runny
  • Once veggies boiling, add in sliced sausage and bring back to boil
  • Quickly pour in flour mixture to thicken veggies, and season
  • Serve immediately
