Fuyunghai

Ingredients

  • 2 cups thinly sliced crabmeat imitation
  • 2 green onion sliced
  • 3 cloves of garlic crushed
  • a dash of salt
  • 4 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • sauce: 2 cloves of garlic crushed; ketchup; vinegar; sugar; 1-2 tbsps of vegetable oil
  • a dash of ground white pepper
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 small onion chopped

Instructions

  • Combine crabmeat, eggs, onion, green onion, salt and mix well with egg beater.
  • Heat the oil in a wide pan, make a thick omelet out of the mixture.
  • Heat oil in a pan, saute garlic, then pour ketchup, vinegar and sugar as desired (reached the sweet and sour taste)
  • Place omelet on a plate and pour the sauce all over it
