For the chocolate batter, whisk wet ingredients together until completely combined, then add in dry ingredients, but mix it until just combined.
Spread batter onto square pan, I use 8x8 inch pan
Then make the Pandan swirl, by mixing all the ingredients.
Spoon dollops of Pandan swirl on chocolate batter, with a skewer, make swirl but not too much that both batter will be combined too well. We want a nice swirl 😊
Bake brownies on preheated 350 F for 25-28 mins depending how fudgey you want your brownies to be. I noticed with with big oven, around 25-28, but for my counter top oven, 30 mins is good fudgey.
Let cool before slicing
