Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 c flour
  • 1 tsp BSoda
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 handful semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c peanut oil
  • 1 c pure cane brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips, and set to side
  • Using food processor, if you have, you can use balloon whisk, electric mixer, what have you, mix eggs, oil, sugar, and essence, then pour mixture into dry ingredients, and mix well
  • Drop by cookie scoop and bake for 10 minutes
  • Move cookies to cooling rack and let cool completely, before storing
  • Enjoy!
