Coffee Speck Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 1 tsp BSoda
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tsp Decaf instant coffee granules
- 3/4 c sugar
- 3/4 c milk chocolate chips
- 2 eggs
- 1 c peanut oil
- 1/4 c sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients and mix wet ingredients, separately, then combine both, and mix very well
- Drop by a cookie scoop and bake them on preheated 350 F for 10 mins
- Cool on rack before storing
- Enjoy!
