Chocolate Chips and Marshmallow Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 c cake and pastry flour
  • 1/3 c cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp BSoda
  • 1 tsp BP
  • A generous pinch of Himalayan salt
  • A pinch of cayenne powder
  • A pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 1/4 c dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 - 3/4 c almond butter
  • 1/2 c nut milk
  • 2 handfuls df choc chips
  • 2 handfuls gelatin free marshmallow

Instructions

  • Mix dry
  • Mix in wet
  • Stir in choc chips and marshmallows
  • Preheated 350 F convection oven 8-10 mins
  • Cool on rack
