Cheesy Potato Beef Strata

Ingredients

  • 5 large potatoes
  • 500 g lean ground beef
  • 1/3 c coriander leaf
  • 2 garlic
  • 1/2 small/medium onion
  • Mushroom granules to taste
  • Chicken bouillon powder to taste
  • White pepper powder to taste
  • Sesame oil a couple drops
  • 1-2 cans mixed veggies drain
  • Sriracha Mayonnaise
  • Grated cheese

Instructions

  • Steam potatoes, if yours red, no need to peel them, if you like
  • Slice thinly garlic and onion
  • Slice or chop coriander leaf
  • Brown ground beef then stir in sliced onion and garlic, cook for 1-2 minutes, then stir in coriander leaf. Season.
  • Let beef cool to room temperature
  • Grease 9 inch Pyrex with unsalted butter
  • Mash potatoes right on the Pyrex, drizzle with Sriracha Mayo, spread some beef, top with mixed veggies, top again with the leftover beef, then sprinkle grated cheese super generously
  • Wrap with aluminum foil, bake on preheated 350 F for at least 25 minutes
