Candy Crumbs Chocolate Chunks Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 c flour
  • 1/4 c dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Bsoda
  • A pinch of salt
  • 100 g Dessert topping – Salted Caramel Candy Crumbs
  • 4 bars white chocolate
  • 4 bars milk chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c peanut oil
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions

  • In a food processor, mix wet ingredients of eggs, peanut oil, essence, and sugar
  • Preheat oven to 350 F and line cookie sheet with either aluminum foil if not parchment paper
  • In a bowl, mix flour, salt, baking soda, candy crumbs
  • Chop roughly chocolates
  • Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients, folding in chopped chocolates
  • Drop by a cookie scoop and bake for 10 minutes
  • Cool completely on cooling rack before storing
  • Enjoy!
